Are you enjoying life? Are you feeling relaxed? In a good mood and not in a hurry? Do you love good food and an excellent glass of wine? In that case Tom and I would like to welcome you at Fred Restaurant to be pampered for the rest of your evening.
I will be preparing a 5 course set menu with approximately 10 different items live in front of you. Tom will be pouring the wine, chit chat and glue the night together. The evening starts at 7PM sharp and dinner will be finished around 10PM. After dinner we offer the opportunity to sit on the roof terras with us, talking about silly things. (You will never be the last to leave, that will be us.)
We only server guests 18 years and up, however teens are welcome to have dinner downstairs at “Que Pasa” restaurant. (You can check in on them between courses.)
Menu price is USD 100 per person. Wine pairing is extra, but optional and by the glass.
Making your reservation (18 years and up) is key at Fred Restaurant; reservation requests will be confirmed per e-mail. However, please keep in mind that you will need to re-confirm your attendance at this dinner feast 24 hours in advance, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled.

25 years ago...I ate in a restaurant kitchen. A wonderful memory that has always stayed with me.
16 years ago I moved to Aruba with my family.
After a few years of this and that, I became the chef at Marandi Restaurant. 12 1/2 years ago, this is also when and where I met my frontman Tommie Rensen ...The kitchen itself had room for 8 guests at table-live cooking. It was a success. (At the same time I was preparing meals for the 80-chair main dining room).
I kept returning to my memories of 25 years ago. That is what I wanted... to have my own restaurant kitchen. And so 2 Fools and a Bull came into being. After only 3 years it was named Best Restaurant in the Caribbean (by Trip Advisor)! I'd hit the top... time for a new challenge...
Since many guests already know me as Fred, that has become my new restaurant's name: FRED... and it is Live Cooking, where the guest can participate, ask questions, watch, perhaps enjoying a drink as their dinner courses come to be. It's 100% Fred!
